Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is like a middle-distance race: it's not a sprint, but it's not a marathon either… it's a journey that requires a strategic mix of resilience, endurance, strength, and the management of fatigue and pain, in order to reach one's goal with satisfaction.

Experience and Education

From early childhood I grew up practising the most varied sports — from figure skating to skiing, swimming and track and field — eventually specialising in middle-distance running, a discipline to which I still dedicate myself with passion and commitment: as a master athlete and, from 2026, also as a FIDAL coach. I am deeply convinced of how important movement and sport are for healthy neuro-motor and psycho-social development and recovery — in children as in adults.

Through sport I found my way to rehabilitation, developing such enthusiasm that I went on to study Physiotherapy at the Claudiana in Bolzano. I then specialised further: in Sports Physiotherapy at Coverciano, in Manual Osteopathic Therapy at the Nuova Scuola di Osteopatia in Treviso, in Mastering Running Injury Management in Bolzano, as well as in numerous other specialisation and advanced courses.

I have had the privilege of working as a physiotherapist for two national teams (FISI Men's Nordic Combined and FIUF Men's Floorball), while at the same time collaborating in the orthopaedic-sports field with private practices and gyms — as well as in psycho-geriatric and neurological care — until I proudly became part of the team at Dolomiti Sportclinic and the Dolomiti Athletic Center.

Following a serious accident in 2006, which involved long hospital stays, numerous surgeries and a demanding rehabilitation, I developed a profound sensitivity in trauma management. I have experienced first-hand the challenges every patient must overcome on the path to recovery — all the way back to full performance, sometimes even stronger than before.
