Dr.Teona Gvasalia, Physiotherapist

I was born and raised in Georgia, where over the years I developed my passion for all kinds of sports, especially skiing. My connection to movement, performance, and nature has always inspired me, and it was this very passion that led me to become a physiotherapist. I chose this profession because I find great satisfaction in helping people regain their strength and supporting them in doing what they love again. The opportunity to combine my enthusiasm for sport with helping others on their rehabilitation journey motivates me every day.

After many years of competitive sport, I became a ski instructor in 2015 and subsequently had the opportunity to travel extensively, teaching in both Japan and Dubai. In 2023, I moved to Italy and worked for two years at the Salus Center in Brunico. Since 2024, I have been part of the Dolomiti Sportclinic team and now of the Dolomiti Athletic Center too.

I believe that sport is not just physical activity, but a way of life. Combining my personal passion for skiing and all forms of sport with my professional dedication to helping others is my daily motivation.
